Persian installation with directiopn control

hi guys  i had added direction support to some parts of elxis duo to support languages like persian by changing the language template also changes to rtl you can see persian installation with direction control  in www.pars-ref.com i just upload it and im asking if it is possible add direction support in next releases just by adding the variable in each language file and templates any i will be pleased if administrator add this option  and also another thing where we can publish our work any plan to launche elxis forge for developers ? its will be very kind of you to answer
