use images to replace text on menu

how can I use image to replace text on menu? I try to put "facebook" images to replace "FaceBook" words on menu.
I already set menu images to assigned image and also use only menu image.
but only text shows up.
Could somebody slove this question, thnaks!

You can add an image 16px width and 16px height on each menu item.
Display :
Image Title of Menu Item
For Example take a look on
information
menu.
Other Option :
1. You can create a module on which you will add the facebook image and publish that just below of module menu.
