Please Help To Solve this issue in Arabic Translation

Hello,
I have created a new website using Elxis 2009 v2 , my default language is Arabic and all things are Ok, but the Days and Months (names) appears in English like :27 February ,Sunday.
now where can i find these translations and modify them?!

please help.

yes i running local server using xampp

On localhost is normal that you see dates in English. If you go into Elxis administration panel to Global Configuration -> Locale -> Locale Check you will see if you set mouse over info that is written: "Attention! Under Windows the Locale is set automatically to English".

Only online and without Windows server you will see dates in Arabic or any other language you activate.
