IOSR: out of date prices to show

Can someone help to write a php script to show which hotels in IOSR have rates until what date, which have expired, which hotels have nothing at all? Just so you can simply run it and clearly see what needs updating and which hotel.
It must be possible by looking in to MySQL structure of ios_reservations, but I dont know how.
Also do not see a point of keeping rates and dates which are in the past (epxired) and to show on search pages (hotel/room not available) - because it could be available but with no prices set or not enough dates in there.
Hoteliers are not interested in updating rates as a hotelier, well not with IOSR.
If you have hundreds of hotels there is no way you (as a company) can keep track of what expired and which hotelier is not updating his prices anymore.
I understand the business model and idea of this script but it simply does not work in current hotel world (well, it does but for big bedbank companies where they have properly made availability scripts and not "open source" products, backoffice for hoteliers are more complex and flexible pricing scripts).
It's either have to be better pricing editing page (similar to the ones like hotelbeds, booking.com, lastminute.com, etc.) OR website owner (tour operator) have to add it himself (maybe by his "pricing department" where managers of your company can add and update rates and put "stop sales". and not chase up hoteliers).

A hotelier is responsible for updating the price rates. I don't think it is too hard to update the prices (if needed) once per 1-2 years...
