Primezilla installation error
«
on:
November 10, 2010, 01:57:41 »
Hello,
I have received the following error message when trying to install Primezilla:
Failed to create directory "/home2/XXXXXX/public_html/YYYYYYY/components/com_primezilla/js/tiny_mce/themes/advanced"
I already have the latest Marketplace component installed. Any suggestions?
Thank you.

Hi ,
It's folder permission issue.
You must temporarily change the folder permission "
advanced
" from 755 to 777.

Thank you. Unfortunately, that did not work.
Maybe I misunderstood the instruction.

Primezilla for elxis works only with marketplace installed. Is a private messaging only for marketplace, not for Elxis
.

Anker368 you must manually remove the files that created the unsuccessful installation and try to install again.
Before that check if the folder public_html/YYYYYYY/components/com_primezilla/js/tiny_mce/
themes
/ exist.
If it exists then change the permission to that folder to 777 and install it.!
