Romanian community in UK website

I've built this with Elxis. It used to be Joomla but the Joomla site had become too large and used to take ages to load. The design is not finished, however I would like to know your oppinion with regard to the design and site structure.
I'm thinking to buy the IOS Clean template which looks great and as the name say is "clean".

I personally do not like sites that use the same template again 'n again, without any major changes. Just a new logo, ans some minimal color modifications.
