Access and User Manager question

Hello all,
I have added a new access group, Test, under Public Frontend.
Then I gave it the same permissions as used for the Registered group.
I also created a new menu Test for the same group and enabled it.
I copied some of the Registered user menu items to the Test menu.
I tried to assign a user to the Test user group but I received the error message:
Forbidden user Group
Why? What am I missing?

This happens because when you created a new user group and before to assign a user, you must Logout from administrative area and login again. After this u can assign users at the new group

Hello Speck,
Thank you for your quick response.
Actually it looks like it had to do with logging out and then logging in again because I already created the user, then I created the group.
After I just logged off and on again it worked.
