Elxis and Survey Extension?

I am looking for a survey extension ( not poll) that is supported by Elxis. Any ideas?

Hi xmanhattan,

need a survey extension that will allow create more than one questions or many pages of questions. Different type of questions are needed such as choose one, choose many, ranking, and short answer questions . Also expiration dates set up is needed.

If it is more than of one page you can use the facileform, so you can create pages for survey.

The Elxis Poll Manager can be used to create numerous polls with one question at a time but with a variety of answers.
If it is just a matter of question and answers and not the inclusion of various statistics then you can either use the Elxis polls or what Sirigos has mentioned otherwise you will need a program to include statistical analysis.

It would be nice to see more extensions developed for elxis free or commercial.
