Generaly, it is nice. Not superb, but nice.
I think round boxes are good but everything rounded is not so good.
Add some padding in the main content area as the content touches the borders.
I dont like the orange border at the search form.
The unordered list elements (menus, latest news, web links, sitemap, etc) and the content items should be aligned left not center.
The navigation line need some more height.
The close of an HTML comment is shown at the end of the page.
