Did you hard program the links to facebook, twitter, and the Favorites link buttons?
I have been thinking about whether that kind of link could be a mod to be able to have it available for content items as well?

The facebook & twitter button links, are piece of code in the eblog's slogan field

just add the button in a custom module...
no need for any special module!
