Strange url request

Hi at all 
this morning i looked in a my own table that i've create in the elxis database to record all visit to my site the link request, from which link, time and ip (if someone wants ask me and i'll send the the dump of the table and the few lines to write in elxis)
and i've found many strange 180 request every 6 second from this ip 173.19.209.5 to my site
the link recorded to my site is

/index2.php?option=http://217.218.225.2:2082/index.html?   

What is ?

Maybe is better that i configure the defender??? (but i don't know which variable to use )

i didn't know that my portal after 4 month online becoming so important 

(guys don't loose time for ip, iv'e already checked them: the first from USA (mediacom communicatione) the second, in the link, from iran  (Communication of Zanjan)

Script kiddies... Defender will do the job for you, enable it.
You can also ban manually the specific IPs if they keep requesting your site.
