Comment View and management

it is good if any component that's manage the Comment's looks like manage the Content's.
And a module to show (view) the list of latest Comments.... 
anyone know about it?

But would a component managing or a module displaying the latest comments be useful?? How could the user understand anything if the latest comment was "Yes I agree!" or just a wink??
