On the official ELXIS site in registration module code not changes after page refresh. And voice talk correctly

Use firefox.
Go to your site.
Remove all cookies using the firefox feature.
Click on the "register" or "lost password" link.
Click on the speaker icon. It should play fine.

Its very difficult for simple users. i know about cookies, you know this, but noobe dont know. 
I switch off this feature  on my site. Please, publish registration component of Elxis site.
