Hi. First of all welcome. I don't really know if i understood your point.

how to change the directory administrator

There's no need to change your administrator directory. Instead you can hide your administration login page. This is called CLOAK.

Go to /administrator folder (using FTP)
Rename index.php to whatever you want (example: secretpage.php)
Rename rename_to_index.php to index.php

From now on, to login to the administration area... type the secret login page (i.e. administrator/secretpage.php).

Also, you can create a different user... and give him SUPER ADMINISTRATOR privileges. After that disable your admin user and login from now on using your new user's login data.

But i think, my previous post is a better solution.
