how can it be this.........
the module who is how can it showing the new visitors without to have to go in a new link menu or refreshing the page?

You need an AJAX script that will refresh the module content periodically and, off course, a new module. The user session last in most cases 20 minutes. I think it is too extreme (not needed) to check if the number of visitors has been increased/decreased within a few seconds between 2 consecutive user clicks. If you had a site like google or youtube this might had a reason of existence but in normal sites it is not needed.

ok i got it....the point is that can be because is more funny in the case that you have a site pe medical who have in one content item one big text or photos and the user stay in one content and read at the same time to have a view of how many new visitors came in
