Hi,
Exploring Elxis at the moment and have some questions:
1. Is it possible to create something like a separate website that can be reached from a subdomain or other url within Elxis?
2. How could i feed data from outside of Elxis. For example an existing list of contacts in outlook/exchange?
3. Is it possible, or is there a module, that allows forms (forms as in a collection of input type fields in html) to be created. Such as information requests or estimate requests.
And could those be stored and/or emailed?
Thanks in advance for any reply.

Hi,
1. You could use the autonomous links feature that can be done through the menus manager.
2. If you know php and mysql, I would say that it is not difficult to setup a contact list that you could access privately.
You would have to import the data into say a mysql table and use php to display it for you.
3. As far as I know, there are no compatible form modules as yet but again using php, you could create your own.

How can i find, or who can, write a module for elxis that allows a user to design a form/forms for a webpage? Paid ofcourse.

I think that you want to use the job offering section of this board.

Hi and from me,
1st of all the form app. that you need it can't be done only with a module, it needs a component.
For the 2006 version of Elxis you can use the "
Facile Forms 1.4.7
"
For the 2008 we don't have any compatible script for now, in future you will find it here:
http://www.elxis-downloads.com/extensions/form-processors/
And alternative solution you can use an external form processor and include it using the wrap function.
Of course you can use the job offering section from our form to post your ad.
