Preventig users' self-registration [SOLVED]

I am new to Elxis 2008, need to switch off user self-registration.
Tryed SoftDisk, but cannot find appropriate variable to change.

Please help, thanks in advance.

Actually, it is quite simple: go to Admin->Global Configuration->Allow User Registration:  No/Yes and select No
