Problem uploading pictures for articles it appears php warning

HI. I have problems uploading images to server to use in articles.   when i tried it said that uploading failed...   then in background of popup upload image. appears php warning. i click to see the problem details but it disapair as i click. so i dont know the problem.   

recently i had to do a migrate of all the portal cuz the old hosting was down.  then i get new one.  but i dont know if the problem is a php file that it suppouse to upload images that is corrupt   please drive in the right direction. thanks a lot

Also check that the paths that are stored in the configuration.php file is correct.

Check images folder and its subfolders permissions. Check from global configuration that FTP settings are not wrong. If you use safe mode or you have open_base_dir restriction you should enable ftp access over files.

thanks i did permissions and it worked. thanks for this.  i had done this when installing. but cuz i migrate to other hosting i should do as well.
