Could someone, who knows, transform it?

There are so many modules and components we could easily use if we had Joomla and now we can't. Ok i don't say that someone else blames but myself that chose elxis. I think it's a better (for greeks at least) CMS and that's why i decided to use it. Though it's too early yet and it has not many compatible resources.
One of these and very useful for everyone who offers news in his site is the Thick RSS module of Joomla and the Thick Box mambot. With these you can present RSS news in your site and when someone clicks don't leave your site but remains in it openning an other window above your content with the site where the RSS news come from. I would be really pleased if someone could transform it to be compatible and installable to Elxis. Thank you!
***You can find it in the Attached file.

I downloaded them, I will check them and I will answer you very soon.
Update
Thick RSS module runs fine with Elxis without any modification.
Same for the mambot although I did not installed it (if you face problems with mambot tell me).

Yes finally i installed the module. But the mambot writes that it can't copy a file to a folder and it can't install it...

Hi pcfun,
I saw your site, and I see you have fireboard component installed. Did you mod it or it is working with Elxis anyway?

No. Unfortunately Elxis is not yet mature. So The forum and the video sharing part of my site are built with Joomla. Did you see? No difference. Noone can understand it. I just have a link from the elxis site to the component of the forum, in a Joomla based site. It wasn't compatible nor this one neither other forums i tried.
Sorry!

Sooo, I was right... it was strange to me when I saw Joomla on one page and Elxis on the Homepage. Nice trick
And, BTW, I don't think Elxis is not mature enough. I think it performs much better then Joomla, and as far as I can see, the only thing that Elxis is short of is marketing. I also think that we can change that fact. Then, much more developers would create components or modify existing ones.

No. I just said it's not mature if we see it from the part of extensions available. Elxis is powerful and supports better both the user and the administrator but Joomla is RICH.

Hey, just to let you know that I've installed FireBoard forum component (slightly modded), and it seems it that it is working on Elxis, but installer is a mess, and Cpanel needs fixing trough CSS, but I think it will be OK.
