Two Bugs with Content Editor (Images and Hyperlinks)

Hi there,
two glitches I've noticed on multiple installations of the latest version of Elxis, in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari):
If I select some words in the content and click the "Insert Link" tool in the toolbar, and add a link and click Insert: the hyperlink is visible, but when I click Apply or Save, the link disappears.
Workaround: if I switch to Code view before I click apply, the link is saved. (even if I switch back to WYSIWYG mode before I click Apply)
If I insert an image by clicking the "Insert Image" tool and uploading an image - no image is embedded. Instead a hyperlink to the image is inserted; not the image itself.
I have not found any workaround.

1. Insert link.
After you add a link, or anything from the toolbar, you must click anywhere inside the text area in order for your action to take effect. Then click save/apply. Is it working?
2. Upload and insert image.
Don't go to the "Upload tab" go to the "Browse" tab. Select an existing image from media/images/ or upload an image in any folder you want by clicking on the plus (
+
) icon button on the top. After upload double click to insert it in the editor.

Hi datahell,
1. yes this works to fix the glitch - thanks!
2. Yes, this works if I double-click - I had tried before the browse tab but I was only single-clicking and nothing was happening. Thanks for your help!

Single click = select
Double click = select + enter
