You cannot charge for Elxis, Elxis is free! You break the GNU/GPL license of Elxis 2009.x. Also you don't own Elxis to revive it, Elxis, regardless its version has already a home and this is elxis.org. Elxis 2006.x, 2008.x, 2009.x, and Elxis 4.x have been developed by Elxis Team and the only official download/support sites are elxis.org and elxis.netIf you wish you can fork elxis 2009.x, name it as you wish but not Elxis, but even in this case you cannot charge for it because the license can't change! Charge your customers for the services you provide to them, not for the software. There is a thin red line separating legal from illegal use.Important note: Elxis 4.x license is different, you cannot fork Elxis 4.x
