i know there is a SEO elxis guide since 2008
Is this guide also valid for new elxis 4 generation?
I check also elxis.net documentation but didnt see anything

Stupid question maybe. Where do i declare keywords and key phrases?

Elxis 4 is not Elxis 2008. That guide is deprecated. If you have a specific question for SEO you may ask.

Elxis 4.x is very smart and does the job automatically. The only thing you have to do is to focus on the content. Title, subtitle, meta keywords/tags, rich text and good internal linking is what you should care about.

You set keywords in article editing page. The same keywords are also used as tags.
The article's subtitle is also used as meta description.
