Search Engine of Elxis4

Is it posible to extend the search of Elxis4 to a subdirectory that has an installation of Aphrodite?
Example: http://www.diadiktio.gr/directory/ in which i have the weblinks

In Elxis 4.x you can search ANYWHERE. To search in an external 2009.x site you must build a special search engine as the already built-in engines dont provide this custom functionality.
