hi
i have IOS Reservations and IOSR Hotels and IOSR Cars installed in my elxis 4.x site
I was trying to install kylisis module and the system responded a warning that this module needs minishop plugin to be installed.
Is it correct? Do I need to install also this plugin?
By the way I did continue installation and is was installed ok

No, you don't have to install Mini Shop, neither IOS Reservations, if you are not going to use such sources in Kylisis. The dependency warning was added just for your information on which sources you can't use.
