How to enable users to input articles without signing in to admin area

Dear all,

I want to let users to input articles on my website from the front page area without login to admin area (like the concept of citizen journalism). I tried to find a modules for that but seems there is such kind of module. I tried to find a topic about that in the forum, but I didn't find it.

Could any one help me on this issue?

My website is https://ksmtour.com, an Indonesian tourism information provider.

Since 6.2.2017 Elxis 4.5+ gives exactly this possibility by My Content component.
