Potencial bug - with default ESTIA name

I had a problem with the Save option. I could not change the settings or article through of the Administrator console. Non stop error occurred. The problem disappeared when I changed the name of the folder ESTIA and changed htaccess. With default name problem exists.

I don't know is that bug or must to be like that.

It was my fault. I did the upgrade to 1297, but did not replace the .httaccess from 1292-


Problem was:
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
