IOSR Connector error

Hi,
I'm trying to set up the IOS Connector for one page client and I'm getting this error: Error
The requested URL returned error: 404" (under a yellow bar)
Could you give a heva?

404 means that the URL does not exist.
I guess you have set wrong the IOSR server URL.

I followed all the instructions and still get this error. Don't know what is wrong with the URL adress:

Changed the sample data file to index.php as it was suggested in the documentation. http://www.fumeiro.org/client/index.php

Check connector server/client settings, either the URL of the server or the client does not exist.

Nothing works...this is the error I'm receiving:

[30-Dec-2011 05:18:06] PHP Fatal error:  require_once() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required '/client/iosrc.client.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/fumeiro/public_html/client/index.php on line 15

Maybe something with the server? I checked the permissions and they are normal
