You should enable the SEO PRO extension for your elxis website.
After that make sure that files like com_eforum.php and com_sitemap.php are placed under /includes/seopro/ folder.

Solution :
- Download each component from Elxis Download Center
- Find the filename : seopro.com_[name_of_component].php which is usually placed at includes folder of installation zip package.
- Rename these files to com_[name_of_component].php
- Upload these files to the web folder includes/seopro
