Missing backgound image in module
«

I am trying to create a module on my website to display a seal of an affiliated company.
The html code provided is
<div style="width:100px; height:33px; margin:10px auto; line-height:15px; padding-top:68px; text-align:center; background-image:url(
http://www.onlinemedicaltourism.com/images/gaq-seal.png);
"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:10pt;"><a href="
http://www.onlinemedicaltourism.com/medical-tourism.html
" style="color:#004a76; text-decoration:none;">Medical Tourism</a> <span style='font-size:12pt; color:#99c14f;'>Partner</span></span></div>
I am creating a new Site Module, and entering this code as HTML, but it fails to display the backgound image.
I checked the image link and it is valid.
What have I done wrong?
Many thanks for any help provided
George

Well, it does not work on my website.
Check it out
http://www.surgeryingreece.com/php/
top right...
Not sure what is wrong.
I copy/pasted the code, even tried inserting it manually to make sure it is the correct one, but it still does not work.
Instructions and code were taken from here
http://www.onlinemedicaltourism.com/get-the-seal.html
I am attaching a screen shot from the HTML editor, as well as a screen shot of the relevant site module from admin
Thanks for any help offered...

Why don't you create an image, instead?

the problem was with the HTML editor in elxis, which was corrupting the code.
I turned WYSIWYG editor OFF and it worked fine
