IOS Connector AUTHENTICATION CHECK FAILED, UPDATE IOS RESERVATIONS CORE FILES, E

Hi,
i have buy IOS Res. and IOS Conn. , i have installed  IOS Res. and IOS Conn on a server, i have activate IOS Res. only, configurated, tested then i migrate all in the final server, then i try to activate IOS Conn. but doesnt work, i have the error in the subject,  allready tried to overvrite the original file in the directory CONNECTOR (never modified) but nothing
