flash swf background

1024 x 800 size swf will be playing on the back...... i will praper the swf transparent(rain effect shadow effect)
... as you see in www.bodrumwindsurf.com.. but additionally all the content menu should be transparent..
am i clear enough?

Its not about us.. Its about ELXIS..
and i will use elxis.. and i never compare elxis with flash..
