IOS tools pages can be seen

Either use IE or firefox  it's no use.

go to  administrator/tools/   cannot see any pages but blank

go to  administrator/system/check system info.   show "pages loaded error"

but  ---if use google explore crome to see the pages , it works all pages shows up.  wired


how to fix that problem?  Thanks

There is no "IOS tools". You are talking about the "Elxis tools".
It is absolutely certain that the Elxis tools work fine with firefox and with internet explorer. I guess that the error you deal which has nothing to do with the browser. Some of the tools ask information from the web server with functions that there are might be disabled in php.ini. This is not an elxis error. See your error log and write here the detailed error message you get and the exact page in Elxis that generated this error.

Dear Sir:

This is my report.

I solve one problem. It's .LCK  stop us to see it.  I check the tools there. found there is .LCK files.  so I delete it.  now can see the elxis_tools page.

1) administer/system/view system -- may be just like this problem.   but I cannot find the system file. 
    it's shows content coded error in chinese.

error message is too many.   I list some in here.

also  the .lck files still  a lot in  components/comreservations and  administrator/components/comreservations/

but I cannot delete, because below reason,  so my reservations detail only has 3  delete/reject/move options is caused by this reason.

IOSR does not generate lck files. Elxis does not generate lck files too. The lck files are everywhere in your ftp and they are generated by your server or by a program you are using. Dreamweaver and microsoft frontpage, for example, generate lck files.
