install Mod_tabslider_1.0 error

when I stall the module Mod_tabslider_1.0

first I failed, because some files perssion is unwrittable.

I remove the following files , and reinstall it again. 

remove   modules/mod_tabslider..................1 files.
remove   modules/mod_tabslider.php ...........1 php

reinstall it again, and shows below message
File/httpdocs/tmpr/install_4d683db7796b1/mod_tabslider/tab-black.jpg does not exist!

but there is no install_4d683db7796b1 files.

how can I clear it, and reinstall it again?

Go inside folder modules/

delete any of the files/folders bellow if exist:
mod_tabslider.php
mod_tabslider.xml
mod_tabslider/ (folder)

Make sure folder modules/ is writeable (permissions 777 or 755 if you use suphp).

Go to your site's root and make sure folder tmpr/ is writeable (permissions 777 or 755 if you use suphp)
Re-install the module.

The "install_4d683db7796b1" folder is a temporary folder Elxis installer creates (or tries to create) during install and deletes it after the installation is complete or fails. The lifetime of "install_4d683db7796b1" folder is some milliseconds, that's why you will never see it inside the tmpr folder. If you see such folders inside the tmpr folder you can safely delete them.

Hi

I check the files permission again, adn  delete the files, still the same.

the after I try to install to the localhost test site with unactivate IOS( I used to test only) , it shows the same problem. 

File/httpdocs/tmpr/install_4d683db7796b1/mod_tabslider/tab-black.jpg does not exist!

I install another module is all good.

Very strange, the "tab-black.jpg" file exists in the module package and in the installation xml file. I guess the problem is that the installer can not create the parent folder "mod_tabslider" and so the installation fails. The only reason why it can not create the parent folder is permissions/owner. If you wish send me a personal message with the username/password for your ftp and for your site administration's area to install it for you.

The module installed at once without any problem!

Your site is full of lock (.lck) files. Do you use dreamweaver or other similar program to edit/upload the files? If you do so stop it and use a normal ftp client. I deleted many of the .lck files but not all. Also you have set via htaccess the temporary directory inside the httpdocs folder! This is wrong! This means that anyone can steal yours and your visitors sessions! The tmp directory should be at least one level above the www directory.
