Error Install eForum1.1

Are you sure that you look at the right log file?
Open apache's httpd.conf file and see the value of ErrorLog option.

It should be something like this:
ErrorLog "C:\apache229x64\logs\error.log"
Make sure the above file exists and is writeable by the web server.

Also check the valud of LogLevel. It should be warn or something smaller:

EForum error when installing, I uninstalled it then appeared on the red fault lines above

95% of the time local installations are wrong/incomplete. Elxis installer uses 2 things: SimpleXML (php5.x) and zip. If they are supported by your system and the required folders are writeable eForum should be installed. I don't know why the installer fails but I am sure that something is not right or it is missing in your setup. You are the only one that can fix this problem as only you have access to your computer.
