Hi and welcome
Login to the Elxis administration and go to the banners manager. Click "New" to add a new banner. Write a name for the banner, select ANY image.

well to make something clear . when i say banner i mean my websites banner and not the banner for an adv or something.
i am saying that because as i searched the cpanel and the forum i found out that people mean that.
Well to make it straight i want to change my websites banner and logo.
i am Greek too sirigos but i thought it would be better to write it down here and probably get more help.

Which template are you use ?
Go to template folder, locate the default logo and replace it with yours.
An other approach more professional, is to locate into CSS file the class for the logo and the area of it and to adjust it regarding your needs.
One tool that I suggest is an addon for Firefox, "Web Developer"
With this press CTRL + SHIFT + Y and click over the logo, then you will see the files and the specific lines that affect on it.

your logo is in your template folder, inside in the folder images, find it, change it (keep the width and height from the original template logo) and upload it, if you want to change the width and height, you must change the css folder(probably the layout.css)............ops i am late one minute

Try module Logo Multi Language (downloads/miscellaneous/206.html) and read manual how to use it. I think that this will give you this you want.

1) Don't use multithumb if u want create an image gallery. Much Better Easy gallery, more speedy and more light than multithumb.
2) define your menus and their submenus as usual. ex: in mainmenu
in eisfish_menu assign mainmenu and publish the module in the module position you want of your template. unpublish the mainmenu module.
in EDC you find the link to guide online of eifishmenu
