question on module Location hotels for IOSR

how can I change the IOSR Location Hotels to show the hotels horizontally instead of vertically?

I think you are talking about the Latest Hotels box that appears on IOSR frontpage.
But I would like to change the module IOSR Location Hotels which can appear in all pages.

You need to modify the module's source code for that. As the changes required are many I can not guide you from here. If you cann't do it by your self you can contact one of Is Open Source official partners.
