Three suggestions:
1. On pages like search and tags don't display the top modules (Τελευταία νέα..., Διαβάστε και αυτά..., κλπ).
Example: http://www.oichalianews.gr/tags.html?tag=πάσχα

2. On articles add proper meta keywords. These keywords are also used as tags. They improve internal linking, grouping similar articles, meta keywords for search engines. It is very important to set the proper meta tags on each article.

3. You might try using auto links plugin. It is great on sites with a lot of content like yours. It will also improve internal linking. First fix the tags pages and the keywords, then enable the plugin and test it.


Note: The Elxis 4.x page that has the best position in google results is the tags page, so focus on it.
