[solved] Super Administrator

How to create Super Administrator in phpmyadmin ? I create sql query :

INSERT INTO `elx_users` ( `id` , `name` , `username` , `email` , `password` , `usertype` , `block` , `sendemail` , `gid` , `registerdate` , `lastvisitdate` , `activation` , `params` , `extrafields` )
VALUES (
'62', 'Administrator', 'admin', 'coursar@gmail.com', '7bdff76536f12a7c5ffde207e72cfe3a ', 'Super Administrator', '0', '0', '25', '2007-01-24 13:39:30', '2007-01-28 16:13:54', 'NULL', 'NULL', 'NULL'
)

but, it's not work. Where my error?
