This Is a right thing??? i don't know if continue to support elxis in italy

Sorry at all, but i’m very angry. I want know if to do is a right thing or not! If is right i don't say nothing, is contrary is possible that i can explode today, but i donì't like the wars and to do them
Friday night I worked to translate two files in Italian language for an Italian guy, translated also with some errors of beating. Satruday Early I published on my site. Sunday in morningt I correct some errors, and before to finish that guy called me to advise about a thing that someone make a thing not beauty, overall in files created for elxis an for this for all users of elxis.

Why This?
If this Is Normal, I don’t say nothing, at least to correct some errors
If this is not normal, is very interesting to see how work an official site in italy of elxis, many compliments to the administrator of elxisitalia.it. I can see you respect very well the job of other guys or partecipiant at this community....
Ok to call it elxis Italia, it doesn’t matter to me, ok to copy some things, all people copy where is the problem, it doesn't matter to me, I know how is work google, but seeing this, for me is too much.
 PS….. I can say you good luck ...you need it!!!! but so many!!! after this.

In front at this fact, I don’t know if continue to support elxis or not, in my little when i create something because i like to sharing with others of this community,  I don’t know when I have a lot time to continue to translate the Ioannis' guide in Italian language and when is finished to pubblish in elxis site and in mine for italian guys want use elxis, I don’t know to continue when i have time to implement my site with some tips, with translations from elxis forum to solve problems, to insert some extension of elxis developers linking their site and their demos, because for me this want say community (i thanks some guys that linking to my site). To open a community is not ijmportant  me for many reason, But I’m to much angry today to see this.
In the meantime I’m sorry with some Italian users can’t access to my site because I’ve blocked some IPs,

if so that guy has overide-ignore packages license .. which is illegal of cource...

are you saying that your files modified .. changed owner and released to public?

first of all .. how elxis is involved(if) in all this?

i've released two language pack in italian for elxis one for foodblocker and one for defender (in italian there aren't)....finished i published on my site (from yesterday also on edc and one copy to ioannis to implement new elxis) and after two days the surprise, in the meantime i've correct mine because there are some error of beating...downloaded the file from other site ( i don't want retype...mine in .com other site is .it) and for curiosity but overall for what told me the guys for which i translate the files,
the headers are in my post in my post, i looked the code translate, the same translation with same errors 
i want know if this is right to do this or not??

I just came back from vacations and show various translations and language files for Italian. I also noticed 2 different sites: elxisitalia.it and elxisitalia.com. This is very confusing for the Elxis Team members, including me, and for the Elxis users. One thing we protect here in Elxis is the copyright of the authors. So, you have to relax, I will personally look at this issue.

Some important notices:
1. The only official elxis site is elxis.org, any other site is NOT official. So, anything (including language files) that is published in any other site is not official. We prefer having 1 elxis community site per country as it is easier for us to contact you and for the users to find you. But we can not force anyone not to open a new community site. So, why not having 2 Italian community sites?

2. Elxis has 1 official language and this is the english one. Any other language package is user submitted and we are not responsible for its contents. We only look and correct errors in these files, we do not edit them.

3. Components, modules, templates, languages, etc, submitted at EDC, except those published by Elxis Team, are NOT official.

4. Elxis 2009.0 currently has a translation for the front-end language made by Francesco Venuti (Amigamerlin) and for the back-end language by Roberto D Alessio (theprincy) and Francesco Venuti (Amigamerlin). Other users might have provided fixes and additions too. Both Elxis Defender and FloodBlocker are translated by Duilio Lupini (Speck).

I will personally look the new translations tomorrow and do any actions needed. Do not worry, calm down Speck. Ivan Trebjesanin has already spoken to Federico and he (Ivan) is also confused as me. Here is a part of his message (he forwarded it to me):
