Yahoo! PΜ not working

  my Yahoo! PΜ appears when i'm online but when i click nothing happen with IE
but with mozilla  a have an alert:

Firefox ne sait pas ouvrir cette adresse car le protocole (ymsgr) n'est associé à aucun programme.
