Problem with Frontpage module

Hi all !

I have set Frontpage module to be shown only at the Home Page of my site.

But, at the frontend of my site I get the following errors in every frontpage items of this module:

mysql Σφάλμα [2006] : EXECUTE

URI: index.php
Message: MySQL server has gone away
SELECT id FROM elx_menu WHERE type='content_typed' AND published='1' AND link='index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=842'

What is this, and how can I solve it ?

The error is not Elxis related. It is related to mysql settings and a possible mysql bug. Search google using "mysql error 2006" and you will find many information. You might need to increase some values in my.cnf
