non-translated language usage

Hello all,
I have another question regarding the Chinese language. As there is no translation for this language at the moment, (I will try to convince someone to translate it), how can I have the Chinese flag on the site?
I am starting to build a site that will have English, Greek, and Chinese. I assume that I can place the Chinese language content into an English page and use a Chinese title. Will I have to use a menu selection "Chinese" or in Chinese for visitors to select?
I will guess that I could put a Chinese flag on to the menu button unless there is another way?

Take this file
http://www.elxis-downloads.com/com_downloads/other-language-packages/127.html
, and place chinese flag into language directory (/language/chinese/chinese.gif). That's all!
