Hi all !

I have another question:

What is the use of using a CSS twice ? for example customize.css and customize-rtl.css, layout.css and layout-rtl.css

Some languages write in right to left direction , English is a language with Left to Right direction ...
layout-rtl.css and customize-rtl.css make the layout and styles compatible for Right to Left direction
Languages with Right to Left Direction : Persian , Arabic , Hebrew ...
