Have you uncommented and updated this line: # RewriteBase /YourElxisDirectory/
You must remove # symbol, and enter the corrext path. If you Elxis is installed in root of the site, then just enter RewriteBase /

I have noticed on your site that you didn't enable SEOpro, but old Mambo SEF... why?
