error in content item: edit

unsetting the option pubblished in "content item:edit",  elxis 2008 gives tihis error:

moscontent::store failed <br />Column set to default value; NULL supplied to NOT NULL column 'state at row 1

in multilanguage, cliking on the same flag of visualized language, in the url is repeated the domine giving so an error

I deleted in the mod_language at line 57: else { $rewriteURL = $replURI; }
it seem works right now

it's possible to increase the setting of columns # in the Edit Menu Item :: Blog - Content Category ? (now the max setting is 2)

because in the pathway of the page appear ex: home  "> home etc....
