New login screen release

Hi all! I'm glad to announce the release of a new login screen for elxis 2006.4 named "WorldPower".
It's tested with Firefox and it works ok,but i think that there is a small bug with i.explorer 6.(Picture distortion).
You can download it,test it and send your commends...and if anyone can help to fix the Explorer thing will be nice!
