Title: Created new Menue, but the displayed menuname is default 'User Menu'
Post by: kdw on October 30, 2006, 23:24:50
Hi,
I'm testing elxis. When I create a new menue with the name 'Test Menu 1' then on the site the menuname is User Menu. How can I change this easily ?

Hi kdw,

If you mean that the Type of the menu is "usermenu" then this is normal.

All the modules that host menus created through Menu Manager are of type "mainmenu".

All the modules created by users using the New icon under "Site Modules" are of type "usermenu".

No Problem!

Go to Modules -> Site Modules and from the list find the module named "User Menu".
Click it and on the edit screen change its Title. Save your changes and your module has a brand new name.

Simple isn't it?
