Title: new features request for SEO and fast posts
Post by: ipghmagnet on March 19, 2022, 16:49:27
Dear Datahell,

I have suggestion on future version. Maybe it is good idea.  When we prepare articles in backend. We will have to fill one by one for TITLE, DESCRIPTION, KEYWORDS for SEO purpose. It is a little time wasting.
I advise to have special functional page to set all pages' TDK in one place . It will help user save a lot of time.
I have seen this in other CMS.

Even I advise to upgrade editor. I have seen some visual editor. It can compile articles by dragging, copy and get different layout. It is very convenient to edit articles.

If a CMS can help people save time, it will be great CMS. What do you think of it ?

Best regards.

Title and description is waste of time? You want to write articles without title? Keywords OK, might be outdated and some time will be completely removed but keywords are generated automatically, they are not required.

Regarding the editor: Find me an editor which is free/open source, has a free file manager and allows to be extended in order to integrate the Elxis plugins system. Also this editor should be fully configurable, modern, responsive in order to work with mobile devices too, and lightweight. If you find this editor I implement it in Elxis.

Keywords are very useful in Elxis for tag pages.

If we want to be free and easy to use, and to maintain long-term version updates, it seems that we haven't seen it yet.

Is it possible to ask datahell to do it as an IOS project? Let users who like it can also buy it, so support its development and maintenance.  Only in this way can it be long-term.  What do you think?

I'll support it if it's happened.
