Added LinePay (https://pay.line.me/) payment method in Open Shop. LinePay is a payment method for merchants in Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Singapore, and maybe more Asian countries. LinePay was included in Open Shop's public release. Open Shop's version remained the same (3.3) and can be downloaded from EDC (https://www.elxis.net/edc/ecommerce/110.html) with LinePay integrated.
LinePay's supported currencies: TWD, JPY, THB and USD.
