Title: Problem creating hyperlinks with content editor

Hi, on three different installations of Elxis, I have noticed that there is a glitch creating hyperlinks with the content editor toolbar. Have you noticed this? If I select words in the content editor and choose create link from the toolbar and create a hyperlink, it seems to appear but when I click apply it has disappeared. If I toggle to Source Code view before I click Apply, the link saves successfully.

the text that you select before clicking the link button in the toolbar automatically appears by itself in the popup. There is no need to type it.
This appears to be a bug.

Yes, I saw it. If you click inside the editor (anywhere) after creating the link it works fine.
